OrSMU Participated at the 23d Russian Education Fair 2022

With the objective of providing the authentic guidance to the aspiring students from India, the OrSMU joined the top universities of Russia at the 23rd Russian Education Fair 2022 (REF 2022). A week ago the delegation including Ms. Chernysheva Tatyana, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, at OrSMU, Mr Liashchenko Diana, Dean for Medical Students, Professor Head of the Department of Anatomy, OrSMU and Mr. Mironchev Anton, Dean for International Students, OrSMU from the university arrived in India.

The REF 2022 was conducted in the cities of Trivandrum, Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi between 26th to 31st July, 2022. The fair was organised by the joint initiative of Rus Education and Russian House in these cities. The magnificent event witness the chief presence of various eminent personalities including Mr Ratheesh C. Nair, Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation and Director of the Russian House in Thiruvananthapuram; Mr Aleksei V. Surovtsev, Consul General of the Russian Federation to Mumbai, Mr Alexy Idamkin, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Kolkata, Mr Ktitorov Mikhail, Counselor, Head of Department of Culture & Education, Embassy of Russian Federation in India; Mr Oleg Osipov, Director of Russian House in New Delhi, and so on at their respective cities.

Apart from that, the fair also featured Prof. S.K. Washim, Founder & Chairman of Rus Education; Air Marshal Dr Pawan Kapoor (Retd.), Vice-Chairman, Rus Education; Mr Syed I. Rigan, Managing Director, Rus Education and Dr. Dinesh Singla, Director, Rus Education.

The 23rd Russian Education Fair 2022 in Delhi also witnessed H.E Denis Alipov, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to India sending his warm greetings to the organisers and the attendees of the event.

The entire journey of the fair witnessed hundreds of the students participating to know more about their opportunities of studying medicine in Russia. The team of Orenburg State Medical University helped many students in finding their way towards their dream of becoming a successful doctor.

It was our immense pleasure to get to meet the enthusiastic aspiring students and help them to resolve their doubts and concerns by assisting them on their journey to become successful doctors.
