On April 27, 2025, a meaningful and symbolic event took place at University Hostel Armada, Orenburg State Medical University. The 6th-year students, on the brink of graduation, gathered together to plant an apple tree—an act representing their growth, unity, and the lasting memories created during their time at the university.
This tradition, which began in 2024, was continued by this year's graduating class, leaving behind a tangible legacy for the generations that will follow. The planting ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from both the students and hostel residents, all of whom shared a deep connection with the university and the experiences they’ve shared over the years.
As the apple tree begins to take root and flourish, it serves as a constant reminder that while the students will soon embark on new journeys, their roots in Orenburg—and their bonds with one another—will always remain. The tree is not just a plant but a living symbol of the growth and unity that these students will carry with them wherever they go.
A memory planted, a legacy nurtured.
