Indian Parents Meet OrSMU’s Dean in First-Ever Direct Interaction Event

Rus Education, in partnership with the Russian House in New Delhi, hosted its first direct interaction event for parents on 25th September 2024, featuring Dr. Mironchev Anton, Dean of Orenburg State Medical University.

The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished individuals, including Dr. Mironchev Anton, Dean of Orenburg State Medical University; Air Marshal (Dr.) Pawan Kapoor (Retd.), Technical Advisor at Rus Education; and Dr. Dinesh Singla, an alumnus of Orenburg State Medical University.

The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Dinesh Singla, who expressed his pleasure to have Dr. Mironchev Anton, the Dean of Orenburg State Medical University for an interactive session with parents. He also delightedly announced that the first batch of Indian students arrived in Moscow.

During his speech, Dr. Mironchev highlighted Orenburg State Medical University’s appeal for Indian MBBS students, noting that over 2,500 Indian students have graduated, including 500 who have already received their diplomas from the university. He emphasized the university's robust academic framework, qualified faculty, and comprehensive student support, including orientations for new arrivals and clear guidelines on university life.

The Dean also showcased the university's hostel amenities and its hospital, which provides students with valuable clinical experience. He further discussed cultural initiatives, including Indian festival celebrations and an international cricket tournament, aimed at creating a holistic and enriching experience for students.

The session was a grand success, offering parents a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the Dean and gain a deeper understanding of the university. They learned more about its academic offerings, cultural environment, and the comprehensive support available to students, fostering greater confidence in the educational experience at Orenburg State Medical University.
