Orenburg State Medical University to Conduct Virtual Orientation Ceremony 2022

Orenburg State Medical University is to organise the Virtual Orientation Ceremony 2022 for all the newly enrolled international students on 1st September 2022, Thursday at 3:30 PM.

As several students from India are unable to join the university campus by Sep 1, when the academic session at the university commences due to the delay in the NEET results, the already enrolled students can join the Orientation to get details of the course, curriculum and university guidelines for the upcoming years.

National Eligibility and Exit Test (NEET) is a mandatory examination that Indian students have to qualify for in order to pursue their medical studies. As per the latest update, the NEET results are expected to be released by Sept 7, after which the students can board their flights to join the university's campus in Russia.

Therefore, the university has decided to organize the Virtual Orientation Ceremony 2022, so that the new students do not lag behind and start their journey without any delay.

This virtual orientation ceremony will allow new students to become familiar with the university and its campus before they arrive. This will also help Indian students to be better prepared for university life. Students will get to learn about the campus and the policies in place. Students will have more time to ask questions and get to know the people and the campus. With Q&A sessions towards the end, the students can quickly solve their confusion about university life as well.

Joining the ceremony to welcome this fresh batch of students, Associate Prof. Dr Mironchev Anton, Dean for International Students, would be present to personally meet, interact and brief the students about their upcoming years.
